Pineapple Mirror Hook
The delicious symbol of hospitality, the pineapple is one of my favourite designs. It's grown pretty much everywhere in India from Kerala to Bihar but it also plays an important role in English decoration from Georgian times onwards. Its Anglo-Indian history is part of its appeal for me - grown extensively through the days of the Raj a fresh pineapple was used at doorways as a symbol of welcome. I've put its print on a cushion and a pouf and here it is in warm matt gold on a stylish mirror with accompanying hook so you can check your mascara hasn't smudged or your tie is straight while collecting your keys!
